1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
6 Chunks of Pineapple
12 Mint Leaves
dash of Angostura bitters
Muddle the pineapple, mint, and simple syrup together in a highball glass. Add vodka, juice and bitters.. Fill with crushed ice and stir before serving
