What's the typical class size?

• Class size can vary from 2 (couples class) to small groups of 6 to 12
• For larger parties i have spaces that will allow cooking and seating for up to 40

How do I know if my kitchen is big enough to host a cooking class?

• You will need enough room for the guests to be able to cut, chop and mix ingredients. You don't need a gourmet kitchen, just a curious appetite.

How long are the classes?

• Typical classes are 2 1/2 - 3 hours from start to finish

Do we eat the food we prepare or take it home?

• You can do whatever you like however most groups like to enjoy the fruits of their labor right away.
